We are required by the state of California to charge sales tax to any order being shipped to a California address. We also charge district sales tax for New York State, depending on your shipping zip code. International customers are subject to country and region specific customs, duties and taxes. These figures will be provided at checkout.

Please add promotional codes in the shopping bag, before checking out. Please adhere to promotional rules, as they change per promotion and region.
SALE SECTION
Sale Items are not eligible for refund. Store credit only. Please be mindful of this when shopping our Sale section. We will honor new sale prices for items bought at full-price, up to 10 business days. We do not offer price matching for our products. We apologize for any inconvenience.
CHECKOUT ERRORS:
AVS Mismatch: This occurs when the billing information provided does not match the credit card information. Please double check the billing name and address is the same address listed on your credit card statement. If you moved recently, be sure you are using the correct address.
Trasnsaction has been declined: When this occurs, please check the available funds in the account. This error might also occur if you have already tried to place an order but it was declined.
A duplicate transaction has been submitted: This comes up when you have already attempted to place your order with mismatched billing and credit card information. Do not worry, you did not get charged twice for the same order.
AUTHORIZATIONS
When placing an order on abaunza.com with a credit card, an authorization is placed on your card to secure funds. The funds are captured when the order is shipped.
EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
Order Confirmation emails go out once the check out process is complete, stating we’ve received your order. Shipping Confirmation emails go out once your order is shipped.
