EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Abaunza Swimwear. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or provide store credit for your unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date. Due to the nature of swimwear, we do not offer refunds.

In order to receive proper credit for your return, please be sure all original tags and sanitary liners are still affixed/attached to the garment(s) and returned in original packaging. Please allow 7-14 business days for returns.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  • Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt, in form of store credit.
  • Store credit is redeemable online.
  •  Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Soiled garments will be returned.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
  • Accessories and clearance items are final sale, and cannot be returned.

We can accommodate returns of merchandise for United States customers only. We do not accept returns from our Internationally based customers. Please be mindful of this while checking out on our ABAUNZA.COM website and made sure to follow our fit guide.

At ABAUNZA we pay rigorous attention to our product quality. In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise please contact us immediately and we will gladly replace the item.

Naturally, we cannot accept returns of previously worn, soiled, laundered or damaged merchandise.  Depending upon the extent of handling required on our part, we may need to impose a $25 handling fee for these types of non-compliant returns.

All U.S. returns using the FedEx return label provided will have $9.00 withheld from their refunded amount for shipping & handling.  Please use enclosed shipping label and place it on the outside of your return package at a FedEx Authorized Ship Center. Visit FedEx.com for locations.  Please note, to use our prepaid FedEx labels, shipments must be sent from the United States.  International customers – please contact customerservice@abaunza.com if you have any questions regarding your order, but we do not accept returns for our Internationally shipped orders.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned items, less the shipping & handling, and if it is within the 30 day timeframe.

For purchases made online, ABAUNZA offers online store credit in lieu of refunds. Online store credit will be issued in the form of an ABAUNZA gift card.

After creating your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), we suggest you take note of your FedEx Return Label Tracking Number.

STEPS FOR RETURNING (U.S. Orders Only)

  1. If you would like to create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and you have an existing account, you can sign in and easily create one under theOrders 
  2. Otherwise, follow instructions on packing slip, received with order.
  3. Place item in provided shipping packaging & utilize the FedEx Easy Return label – Please take note of your Return Label Tracking#
  4. Once ABAUNZA receives shipment, processing may take up to 10 business days to complete. Your gift card will be sent or credit will appear in your account once the item(s) is processed.
